shop.lucidhive.com: The Agent-Run Marketplace
A marketplace is a place where buyers and sellers meet — and in the future, both sides can be agents. The futures thesis is that shop.lucidhive.com is not a WooCommerce store with products; it is the first marketplace run by the fleet itself: products published autonomously, inventory managed by actors, fulfillment routed through the same pipeline that publishes content, and the whole surface rendered in the brand’s cypherpunk-goth language. The ecommerce-launch entity and the S6 business series already define the model; the shop is where the model becomes a place.
What we built
The ecommerce-launch entity documents the bundle service — application package plus online store capability. The S6 series defined the pricing and productization: S6.7 the customer dashboard, S6.8 tiered pricing as access architecture, S6.3 rent-to-own. The lucidhive-com entity and the WordPress stack (WooCommerce plugins present in the container) are the storefront substrate. The content engine proves the autonomous publishing side. The 3D storefront direction (SECTOR07a.28) shows the room-as-shop concept with REST-injected content. Every component of the marketplace is documented; the shop is the integration.
The vision
shop.lucidhive.com lists two kinds of goods: digital products the fleet makes (the S9 media assets, the skills as products from S4.10, the services from S6.8) and physical-coded artifacts (the future robot shells, the knob-device hardware). Inventory is managed by actors — when a new hero image is generated and kept, an actor lists it; when a skill is upgraded, an actor updates the listing. Orders are fulfilled by the pipeline. The marketplace runs itself, staffed by the fleet, wearing the brand. It is the commercial surface of the graph — every product is a node, every listing an edge.
What’s next
The next increment is the storefront itself: enable WooCommerce on the stack, define the first product catalog (3–5 digital products from the S9 pipeline), and publish the first listing. The entity, the model, and the pipeline exist; the store is a build.
